Russ Dalbey began his career as a champion bicyclist and has used many of the lessons he learned as an Olympic-level athlete to teach people how to be successful in business. When his bicycle racing days were finished, he began a career on Wall Street; though he learned valuable information through this new career, he was not satisfied with the “Take, Take, Take” attitude involved.

Because Russ Dalbey wanted to have a career in which he could give back a little of his wealth—he became a millionaire by working on the stock market—he began working in the cash flow note business. While in the cash flow note business, he found the means of helping others and was still able to make a good deal of money for himself.
